NEW ALBANY — Three people have been arrested in connection with a non-injury shooting at Valley Ridge Apartments last month.

New Albany police were dispatched to the apartment complex around 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 23 for reports of shots fired, according to court records. "Numerous” spent casings of different calibers were found along Village Drive North, and Indiana State Police retrieved spent casings inside two apartments, which both had residents home at the time.

One witness reported seeing three men get out of a Mitsubishi Lancer — one carrying an AR-15, one a shotgun with a pistol grip and one with a pistol. A second witness who heard shots said they looked outside and saw three men running west on Village Drive North and getting into a silver car which then left the scene. The witness also saw a rifle, a shotgun and a pistol, court records show. A woman later identified as 19-year-old Macy Brown was allegedly driving the car.

During the initial investigation, an iPhone belonging to Cristian Alexander Archaga Rodriguez was found and showed a missed call from 22-year-old Javon Jones. There were reportedly photos found on the phone of Rodriquez standing in front of Jones' car, and standing inside a Macarthur Drive residence with an AR-15.

Rodriguez was taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs, and interviewed at the deportation office in Louisville. He told police he knew Jones from work, and had gone with him and Robert Booth to scare an unknown man that owed Jones money. Rodriguez said he had been given a shotgun with a pistol-style handle, while Jones carried a gray semi-automatic pistol and a third person, 20-year-old Robert Booth, carried the AR-15.

Rodriguez said the three got out of the car, which was driven by Brown, and walked between the buildings before Booth began shooting at a man on the phone. Jones also shot at the man, who ran away, and Rodriguez said he fired the shotgun several times into the air.

Police located their car in the 300 block of Macarthur Drive where Brown and Jones live on Sept. 26. A search of the car turned up a box of ammunition with spent .223 casings, matching the ones found at the scene, and live 12-gauge rounds. Jones told police he previously owned a Winchester 12-gauge and an AR-15, but that he had sold them to an unknown person six months prior.

Police also found in the home a shotgun shell matching the make and model found at the scene, an empty rifle case, a box for a shotgun with a pistol grip handle and two handgun holsters.

Brown, Booth and Jones are all charged with one level 5 felony count of criminal recklessness.

Merci pour cette vidéo, je n'avais jamais pensé que le rôle du Angry German Kid avait pu le poursuivre autant ! Pareil pour le Star Wars Kid. Ça ne me surprend pas tant que ça, mais je n'avais jamais entendu parler de leurs déboires.

@AshySlashy Il tourne tellement autour du pot... Ça aurait du tenir en quelques phrases. Angry german kid victimisé en ligne et IRL alors que sa vidéo était un sketch, ses parents s'en foutent. Quelques années plus tard il en a marre et menace de tirer sur ses camarades, la rumeur tourne, la panique s'installe. La police l'attrape, il fait quelques mois en prison juvenile pour ses menaces. Depuis il fait de la musculation. Il refait une chaîne youtube, fait un morceau de rap pour raconter sa transformation. Voilà.

@Avaruus: Je m’apprêtais à te répondre sérieusement quand mon passé m'a rattrapé. Serais-je en position de te répondre sur l'effet dramatico-sensationnel d'une vidéo youtube? Pour le savoir, j'ai enquêté sur... ma propre vie. Tout commence quand je suis sortis la tête la première, atterrissage digne d'une autruche peureuse sur le carrelage jaune de l'hôpital. Jusque là, rien d'anormal. Mais le docteur m'ayant fait tomber "malencontreusement" avait pris soin de me mettre une GoPro sur la tête et deux caméras dans la salle. Il upload ça sur YouTube et depuis ma vie n'était plus jamais été la même. A la maternelle, les enfants riaient, pour quelque chose n'ayant rien à voir avec moi. Bref, ils se moquaient de moi. C'est à l'âge de 18 ans que je concocte mon plan. Pour me venger du docteur, je vais devenir un membre du top 20 sur Koreus où après 10 ans sur le site je dévoilerais son identité et le fait qu'il suce encore son pouce. Ce docteur? Avaruus.

Merde, c'est toi le petit TEUK ? On t'avait baptisé comme ça entre collègues en référence au bruit qu'a fait ta tête quand elle a touché le sol. Pour moi, tu es surtout dans le top 5 du sujet "J'aime pas", j'adore lire tes mésaventures ! D'ailleurs ça fait longtemps que tu n'en as pas eu, tu es sûr que tout va bien ?^^
